RapidCents provides you with the capability to issue refunds to your customers. Whether it's a full or partial refund, you can easily process it from your RapidCents Dashboard.
Login to your dashboard. Go to Virtual Terminal > Select the action > Refund.
Once you select refund, fill all the customer information for who the refund is being issued and select "Make a Refund".
